It was our second time in Churchill, this time in the summer “hunting” for Belugas, and we saw tons of them. They were very playful and they even tried to tip our kayak. We met Angela and George who made our stay memorable. After Churchill we flew to Rankin Inlet in Nunavut. It is different Canada up there, as mom said felt like top of the world. We staid with Samantha and her family and they treated us to Jerky Caribou. First day we spent watching local woman Cleaning seal skin, checking local Potter studio, seeing left overs from Nickel Mine and wonder around the town. We went for a day trip to Tundra and mom was going crazy seeing all the animals sculls and bones, she even brought a caribou jaw. We even saw natural Oil seeping from the ground. We love arctic, mom is trying to convince me to go up in the winter to -60. No!
