Frozen

“Frozen” took my recent attention and I had to shift from John Wayne movies, well…. just for a bit. Last week we had a big “Frozen” night, we invited my grandparents, uncle Greg and aunty Tomoko. I was telling lots of spoilers as it was probably my 50th time watching it. Acting and singing all the songs to such a great audience was a blast, with (You can check for yourself) the main “let it go ” song acting and singing. Sorry for the phone quality but you get the idea.
Yesterday was another Frozen event, this time with my gals from school.
Enjoy my performance

Below you can find some of my latest words and conversations:

Ginger: When I am 5 years old can I walk by myself from school to grandparents?
Mom: Yes for sure (thinking no way in her head).
Ginger: Great! I will pick my self up very early.

Ginger: Did you see my upper eyelashes, they are soo long!
Daddy: Yes they are lovely
Ginger: Why my lower case eyelashes are soo short?

One afternoon with my uncle

What have I been up to?

Last time, as you saw in my new drawings, I am mainly into robots these days.
My mom came up with the brilliant idea of transforming my drawings into stamps and now I have endless possibilities to play with. Check it for yourself. Cards for example (You may get one for Easter if you wish.) or bronze and steel jewelry.
Pick and Choose !!!!

Wild Wild West

This time we reached the Wild Wild West for real, Old gold and silver mines, Cowboys, one of them was John Wayne I think, Sandy “highways” with Joshua Tress on the site and beautiful Cacti. We stayed in an old house right in the heart of Joshua Tree National Park, it was something special for sure. Felt like 100 years back like a cowboy in the saloon next to my Cow Girl Mommy.

The day after next we reached San Diego and its US Midway aircraft carrier. Pictures speak for themselves how much fun I had. We headed north on the coast and turned inland right before LA. Next night we stayed in the mountain at Bare Lake Valley. It was 20 Celsius and no snow but apparently we were in a ski resort.

Finally we reached Vegas. I ate a lot, I was able to go by myself and choose any food I desired from the all you can eat buffet. The main attraction of the entire trip was the long awaited Cirque Du Soleil. I absolutely loved it!!!! I was clapping for the entire show. Unfortunately it was time to go home. A Great 5 days in the middle of the Desert and with the great Californian Coast, we come to THE END.

Ginger’s art

Check out my new art work, mainly Robots, Tracks and Space Ships. I can write ROBOT, GINGER, HOBBIT and STOP without help.

A few months delay but better late than never

My mom just got a picture from a local store where we got invited to meet a princess during Trick or Treat on Halloween. I don’t look impressed but it was quite awesome really. You can see my best friend Yara already digging in to her treats :)

2014 around the corner

The holidays are over and a new year around the corner, I need to learn how to write 2014. BTW I can write my own name and I can spell it too. Next years resolution, will be focused on writing and reading. Enjoy the video I got from Santa ( link underneath the pictures) and some pictures with him too. Courtesy of Auntie Tomoko.

End of The Year Adventure
This time we mixed and matched places and temperatures. From +30 in Puerto Rico to -16 in Chicago. Together with Mom and Grandparents we went on a Caribbean adventure visiting 4 islands, Puerto Rico, Turk and Caicos, St Martin and Half Moon Key on Bahama. I loved the turquoise warm water, white sandy beaches, old Victorian San Juan and nothing except sand, palms and water on Half Moon Key.

Wildlife wise I touched a stingray (which had previously bit my Grandad), held a star fish and weird sea cucumber…and saw lots of donkeys.

After being lazy we took our down jackets and headed to New York. It was cold, snowy, and I didn’t bother walking. My favorite was Times Square with all the lights and Elmo :) My least favorite was transportation from the Airport to the hotel (train + metro) well I think it was my mom’s less favorite as I was comfy in my stroller. New York caught us with a snowstorm and we got stuck for a few hours in the airport which caused us to lose our connection from Chicago to Vancouver. Well after adding another day to our itinerary we stayed one day In Chicago and spent five minutes (enough) outside in -16 C. The rest was nice and warm indoors :)

After each flight I always go to the Pilot and say “Thank you Mr Pilot”. This time my politeness paid me back as on the way home I got invited to the Pilot’s cockpit, that was priceless!!!

We finally made it back home the day after where dad picked us up in the airport, I had so much to tell him :)

PS. BTW I managed to write a letter to Santa, picture attached
